Legal Book & Seal (LB&S) was designed by attorneys to provide corporate secretaries, lawyers and other parties responsible for maintaining the “corporate formalities” for a Company, a place to keep information on shareholders, LLC Members, directors, and stock ownership, warrants and options information. Think of it as an online Ledger of company ownership information.
LB&S is provided as a software as a service (SaaS) online application for maintaining the data on corporate formality duties, such as keeping Minutes of meeting up to date, keeping listings of share certificates (by number & owner), keeping accurate lists of shares owned by each shareholder (or Members of an LLC), listing of Board of Directors and, in encrypted format, securely archiving confidential corporate documents for the Company, with 24/7 access from any web browser, anywhere in the world.

Our company has been using Legal Book & Seal for about six months now and it has simplified my work with shareholders and my Board.
