TABS is a versatile program which can be useful for every business, but is specialized to help the Services community. Every industry from construction to law enforcement can benefit from it. TABS has three solutions to typical problems that companies face on a day to day basis: scheduling and dispatching, tracking, and reporting.

Tracking: Tracking speed, bearing, direction, historic positioning, and GPS is automatic with TABS. For example, the phone that the app has been downloaded to will begin reporting the employee’s location, reported status, and ongoing activities. The data is then displayed in an easy to read calendar. This not only allows managers to track employee status in real time, but also allows for easy data mining and analysis to improve efficiency.

Dispatch: Another feature of the TABS application is the ability to dispatch, direct, and schedule employees remotely and in real time. Rather than contacting each individual operator through a phone or radio, TABS allows managers to see who is available for a task and sends instructions straight to the operator’s device. Instructions include an integrated GPS with directions to that jobs location and special or specific instructions can be sent to single or multiple operators as needed. TABS dispatching feature also manages employee time and payroll reporting.

Reporting: TABS advanced reporting features allows task updates from each employee throughout the day like job status, job notes, and custom electronic reporting based on your existing operating protocol. This means that any paper “form” or document you already employ can be easily converted to an electronic form and immediately available on both web and mobile platforms. All required paperwork can be completely digitized, for increased speed and accuracy of reporting. Pictures can also be taken and attached to be easily viewed in real time, allowing for consistent oversight of current operations. Reports can also be imported from external sensors as a robust Internet of Things (IoT) platform.
